Dogs West is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Association.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to support the Dogs West Council, members, and staff in achieving the organisation’s objectives.

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven management and communication skills, a sound understanding of governance and compliance, and a passion for working with people and dogs.

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the delivery of Dogs West’s strategic plan and operational objectives
• Managing staff, facilities, and financial operations
• Supporting the Council and committees to ensure good governance
• Promoting the values and objectives of Dogs West within the wider community
