Junior Handlers Judges Training Scheme

Junior Handlers Judges Training Scheme

To be a Judge in the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC) Junior Handler Competition, a Judge must be registered on the accredited Junior Handler Judges list maintained by the Australian National Kennel Council.

Breed Judges and other Members of a Controlling Body, who wish to qualify to judge a competition, will be required to complete a written open book exam on the information contained in the "Junior Handler Manual".

The ANKC Junior Handler Committee prepares the National Open Book Examination.  The pass mark for the exam is 75% and those who achieve a pass are eligible to be registered on the ANKC Junior Judges Handler List of accredited Junior Handler Judges. [Refer to Part B – Regulations in the Junior Handler Handbook].

The applicant must have been a member of a controlling body for 5 years and must be over the age of 18 years
