A three-month consultation is now open encouraging feedback on a discussion paper on the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) website.

Responses will inform the development of:

• draft regulations

• specifications and functionality in the Centralised Registration System

• resources needed by local government to implement and enforce legislative requirements.
